Assessment of Legal Development and Services Provided Against Hate Crimes,on the responses of the participants of the study, and in turn, the need for new laws can be assessed. Keeping in mind such goals, this chapter has enumerated different aspects of how law aids in the evolution of hate crimes against the Northeasterners of India.

Other good references include textbooks by Stallings [388], Tanenbaum [409], Heuring and Jordan [192], and Patterson and Hennessy [336]. Regarding parallel architectures the books by Flynn [128], Sima, Fountain and Karsuk [377], Silc, Robic and Ungerer [376], and Corporaal [92] are good reading.
