Inbound Tour Operator Participation in Sustainable Tourism Practices: A Focus on South Africa, sustainability, this chapter looks at the approaches taken by both the demand- and supply sides of inbound tour operators and the role of certification in furthering sustainability. A study conducted in South Africa identified gaps in sustainability and suggested potential strategies to overcome these gaps.
