Assessing Software Agility: An Exploratory Case Studyovement path. The model has two dimensions with a similar structure to ISO/IEC 15504: agility dimension and aspect dimension. We performed an exploratory case study to identify the improvement opportunities for the draft model and discussed the results.

Constructing Process Measurement Scales Using the ISO/IEC 330xx Family of Standardses for process quality level (e.g., capability level in ISO/IEC 33020), and defines two types of aggregation methods. The aim is to improve understandability of process measurement frameworks of process quality characteristics.

Towards a Process Assessment Model for Management System Standardsl Structure proposed by ISO, which defines a set of common requirements for management system standards. This process assessment model will provide the core content and could be the basis of all the future process assessment models that will be developed to assess domain-specific management systems.
