Exploring Ethical Relations to Self and New Ontologies,e and Felix Guattari, we argue for (a) a more complex understanding of the ethical subject in education through an understanding of relations of self along three axes: self to self, self to others, and self to the world; and (b) a reconsideration of the place of this ‘ethical subject’ by engaging social ontologies and new materialisms.

Towards Ethical Youth Consumerism in Alaska: The Transformation of Alaskan Education and a Viable Tn unrecognized oppression might help foster a “just transition” away from fossil fuels. By harnessing the unleashed potential of our youth, we could together find ways of being that are more in line with the traditional Alaska Native values of zero waste and total respect for our ecosystems.
