Small-Millet-Based Baby Food,e included in weaning/baby food after adopting appropriate processing techniques like malting, fermentation, etc. Various weaning mixes and weaning food based on small millets were developed which were nutrient dense and less viscous, providing optimum nutrients for the nutritional needs of growing infants and babies.
