The Relevance of Public Value into Smart Citiesiscourse of common good was initiated and framed as the public value (PV) approach. Therefore, it is necessary to undertake research that makes proposals about the PV definition, measurement and management into the smart cities framework. Indeed, our revision indicates that there is a lack of research in these areas.
