The Comparative Nutritional Roles of Sago and Cassava in Indonesia,crop at the turn of this century, ubiquituously cultivated and consumed throughout the archipelago. This was made possible after the Agricultural Station in Bogor in 1918 had succeeded in selecting the proper varieties, using seedlings (Heyne 1950).
