Robust Control for a Class of Time-Delay System via Razumikhin Lemmae bounded by nonlinear functions with unknown coefficients. Via the backstepping method, the state feedback time-delay-independent controller is constructed with the help of Razumikhin lemma. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is showed that the resulting closed-loop system is UUB stable.
