Recent Advances in Columbium Alloys,ast several years has been directed toward the achievement of greater creep strength in the 2000°F to 2400°F temperature range and more recently, improved oxidation resistance in combination with varying levels of strength and ductility.

Advanced Processing Technology and High Temperature Mechanical Properties of Tungsten Base Alloys,Advances made in the manufacturing of tungsten base alloys by powder metallurgy, fusion and chemical vapor deposition techniques are reviewed. The mechanical properties of many alloys are discussed in terms of the effect of alloying on the ductile-brittle transition temperature and on the high temperature tensile and creep strength.
