Well-Posed Problems and Error Bounds in Optimization,for the problem. We give sufficient conditions for the problem to be well-posed and the existence of these error bounds. We show that the well-posedness can be characterized in terms of these error bounds when the problem is a convex program. As an application, we reproduce known error bound results
