Rearrangement of the PV Array to Reduce the Effect of Partial Shading Using Meta-Heuristic Techniqunsidered for the analysis of these techniques are TCT, BL-TCT, and HC-TCT. The result shows that rearrangement obtain through PSO when applied to TCT gives better results followed by HC-TCT when compared with the GA technique.

,Wind and Tidal Power as a Dynamic Solution for Sri Lanka’s Dependency on Thermal Power Plants,nd monsoonal winds causes relatively strong and periodic currents in the Southern and Northern coasts of Sri Lanka. Observations covering this area of interest are assessed to determine the flow pattern in the area and the feasibility of testing and development of in-stream tidal turbines with attached wind turbines.
