Notation Systems Applied on Indian Sign Language: A Reviewardized writing form for their primary language limits the possibility of the hearing impaired to provide information in a form equivalent to the signing gestures. In this research paper analysis of notation systems, Stokoe, SignWriting, HamNoSys are explored and compared for Indian sign language.

Classification and Identification of Partial Outage in Transmission Lines Using Deep Learningtimizers we have concluded that admax optimizers are very good for our analysis. We have presented a comparative analysis for various optimizers, and this sevenfold method with adamax optimizer proves to be more promising and a better method to solve this detection of power outage problem.
