Optimization of Modular Neural Network Architectures with an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Al increase the global optimization ability, but also to avoid the premature convergence problem. The Improved PSO Algorithm (IPSO) is applied to the design of Neural Networks to optimize their architecture. The results show that there is an improvement with respect to using the conventional PSO Algorithm.

New Method Based on Rough Set for Filling Missing Valueosest fit etc. In this paper, we propose novel method based on RST for solving the problem of missing value that was lost (e.g., was erased). After dataset filling with proposed method, it has been observed improvement the performance of used analysis systems.
