Synthesis of Aligned ZnO Nanorods with Different Parameters and Their Effects on Humidity Sensingonstrated that, ZnO nanorods grown from Zn(Ac). with shorter growing time and post annealing shows the best overall sensing characteristics. The nanorods without post annealing show much higher sensitivity and faster response, but very fast degradation and unstable response to RH changes.

Studies on Gas Sensing Performance of Pure and Nano- Ag Doped ZnO Thick Film Resistorsm from CO to H.S gas. A systematic study of sensing performance of the sensor indicates the key role-played by the nano silver species on the surface.The sensitivity, selectivity, response and recovery time of the sensor were measured and presented.
