Multi-response Optimization of Friction Stir Welded Joint of AA6061 Using Hybrid GRA and PC Approach principal component (PC) analysis approach. The 800-rpm tool rotation speed, 30?mm/min welding speed, 1?mm tool offset distance, and 0.16?mm plunge depth are found to be the optimal parameters. 71.04?MPa tensile strength and 1.16% elongation were found at the optimized levels.
