Effect on Structural and Optical Properties of NiO Thin Film on Ag Incorporation,he absorption of the photon in the UV and the visible region was observed in Ag-NiO TF as compared to NiO TF for optical absorption analysis. From this finding, it revealed that a wide range of applications can be met with high-quality Ag-integrated nanostructures such as photodetectors, sensors, and electronic devices.

Non-volatile Memory Application Based on Gd2O3 Nanorod,R having ohmic and trap-controlled space charge limited conduction as a conduction mechanism was observed. Moreover, the devices showed good retention characteristics of up to 10.?s and a stable endurance of up to 300 cycles.
