A Research on the Cold Closed-Die Forging of Bevel Gearsess improves the dimensional precision and reduces materials consumption. Both studies suggest that the precision forging method is an effective way to produce net-shape bevel gears, particularly, benefits include savings on cost and raw material as well as an increase in productivity.

Hybridization of Fused Filament Fabrication Components by Stereolithographic Manufactured Thermoset integration of stereolithographic produced subcomponents into the fused filament fabrication process and the challenges during integration in terms of adhesion, taking into account different surface pre-treatments. Mechanical Properties of Polycarbonate Urethane (PCU) for Orthopedic Devices: Fabrication with Compron was also carried out by conducting morphological analysis using SEM, density measurement, and absorption test. The results of the mechanical testing showed that the compression molding method produced PCU specimens that were close to the standard for biomedical material requirements.
