Optimizing Parameters of Ultrasonic Machining Using TOPSIS Method,n, and tool rotational speed of 5000?rpm were found as closest to the ideal solution. The grooves on the machine surface were formed by continuous strikes of abrasive material (diamond with a sharp cutting edge).
