Experimental Study on Valuable Metals Dissolution from Copper Slageaching, the higher the concentration of sulfuric acid is not conducive to dissolution of the valuable metal elements. The dissolution degree of Fe, Cu, Co and Ni were 92.83%, 96.76%, 93.62% and 63.41% respectively.

Investigation of Iron Removal from Reduced Upgraded Titania Slag Using Mild Acids.1M HCl with 1M boric acid and 90°C are the most effective parameters for iron removal from the reduced UGS. Also, the overall rate of reaction seems to follow interfacial reaction controlled kinetics. The calculated activation energy of the reaction is 73.90kJ/mol.
