It hasbeen organized around three major themes. The first summarizes theconceptual advances that have occurred in the rangeland profession. Thesecond addresses the implications of these conceptualadvances to management and policy. The third assesses several majorchallenges confronting global rangelands in the 21.st. century.This book will compliment applied range management textbooks bydescribing the conceptual foundation on which the rangelandprofession is based.
