Experimental Methods of RUN, SERSUN, and GHRUNS,a at the University of Mississippi using the Horiba LabRAM HR Evolution Raman Microscope System is outlined. A more in-depth description of employing the two nitrogen lines for wavelength calibration is explained. Sample preparations for both the SERSUN and GHRUNS methods are presented.

Introduction, this book is written at an elementary level covering most of the methods of Raman spectroscopy as well as introducing two other new methods; Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy under Liquid Nitrogen (SERSUN) and Guest-Host Raman Spectroscopy under Liquid Nitrogen GHRUNS).
