Supportive Medical Management of Brain Metastases Patients Including Treatment Complicationsent. These include focal neurologic deficits, seizures, cognitive impairment, and headache. We will review the data regarding the management of these problems. Iatrogenic sequelae and radiotherapy-related complications such as radiation necrosis will also be specifically addressed.
