Sella Turcica in Raised Intracranial Pressure and Hydrocephalus,Changes in the sella may occur very rapidly, i.e., in several weeks or several months, in the presence of raised intracranial pressure (Fig. 12.1). In the adult, changes in the sella turcica vary according to whether or not this raised intracranial pressure is accompanied by chronic hydrocephalus.
