Weak decays of light and heavy hadrons,Nonperturbative QCD strongly influences weak decays. No exact treatment is available. Nevertheless, using simple models, a semi-quantitative understanding of exclusive decays has recently been achieved, from strange particle decays up to the decay of .-flavored hadrons. An outline of the physics involved is presented.

Recent experimental results on heavy quark decays,This contribution reviews recent results from experiments on weak decays of the four charmed baryons Λ., Ξ. Ξ. , and Ω. on evidences for the b-flavoured baryon Λ., on decays of B mesons into baryons, and on exclusive semileptonic B meson decays.

Heavy Quark Symmetry and weak decays of heavy baryons,I give an account of the physics ideas that go into the formulating of Heavy Quark Symmetry (HQS) and use HQS ideas to discuss various aspects of the weak semileptonic decays of heavy baryons.

Overview on exotic meson states,Candidates for exotic meson-like states, like Glue-Balls, Hybrids or Multiquark-States, are discussed. Special emphasis is given to the first results from the Crystal Barrel experiment at LEAR.
