Einige Aspekte der erforderlichen ?nderungen wurden in den Abschnitten 1 bis 4 dieser Arbeit besprochen. Einige weitere notwendige Ma?nahmen zur Um- und Neugestaltung der Arbeitswelt sollen im folgenden zumindest angedeutet werden.
