Reference and the Refutation of Naturalismure can suggest a rival God-centered understanding. In this paper I argue that Naturalism fails when it comes to reference, and that the way it fails provides some indirect support for the claim that human beings can have a non-sentential, inarticulate, knowledge of God, prior to reasoning..The argument I shall provide is by way of modus tollens.:
