A Supramolecular Sensing Platform in a Microfluidic Chip,splacement of the antenna by the analyte. Parallel fabrication of five sensing SAMs in a single multichannel chip was performed, as a first demonstration of phosphate and carboxylic acid screening in a high-throughput format that allows a general detection platform for both analyte systems in a single test run.

Local Doping of Silicon Using Nanoimprint Lithography and Molecular Monolayers,SiO. capping layer applied by e-beam evaporation and subjected to rapid thermal annealing (RTA) to diffuse the phosphorus dopant atoms into the bulk silicon locally. The doped sample was investigated by 3D time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF–SIMS) and electrically characterized by Hall and Van der Pauw measurements.
