The Micro Organic Charge Modulated FET Array,n shown to be very promising not only in the fast growing biosensing field, but also in electrophysiology, thanks to the almost countless usable materials and techniques, and to the possibility to dramatically lower fabrication costs and environmental impact.

Experimental Results,lated signals (which has been mainly performed in order to evaluate the overall system stability, as described in Appendix?B), the MOA sensor has been tested with different kinds of electroactive cells, in order to establish the real applicability of the proposed device for electrophysiological in vitro applications.
