Biotechnology Approaches on Characterization, Mass Propagation, and Breeding of Indonesian Orchids ,4-D and ascorbic acid was absolutely required in the .-mediated transformation. Insertion of . gene produced more buds in micropropagation compared to the wild-type plants. The efficiency of transformation was increased caused by acetosyringone application.
