Modeling Aerosol Drug Delivery,osol delivery is non-invasive and is effective in much lower doses than required for oral administration. Currently, there are several types of therapeutical aerosol delivery systems, including the pressurized metered dose inhaler (pMDI), the dry powder inhaler (DPI), the medical nebulizer, the solution mist inhaler, and nasal sprays.
