Quadratic Convex Reformulations for Integer and Mixed-Integer Quadratic Programs MIQCQP problems with simpler structures first and then generalize it step by step such that it can be applied to general MIQCQP problems. We also cover the recent extension of QCR on semi-continuous quadratic programming problems.

Time Inconsistency and Self-Control Optimization Problems: Progress and Challengesled the self-control problem, as the decision maker needs to exert proper self-control to resist present temptation and then achieve a better long-term performance. Different approaches dealing with time inconsistency in the literature are reviewed in this paper. After that, the open questions and challenges are also discussed.
