Network Design Problem with Cut Constraints,n that the simplex algorithm finds an optimal solution to standard .-relaxation of the subproblem in the linear time of the number of edges. The simplex and minimum cut algorithms are used in a Branch-and-Cut type algorithm to pick up a solution to the minimum cost network design problem.

Gregory Gutin and Graph Optimization Problems,t met when he came as a graduate student to Tel Aviv University nearly 30 years ago. I always knew that I learned far more from my graduate students than they have learned from me, and this has certainly been the case with Gregory.
