Searching for a Solution Method for the Smart Waste Collection Routing Problem,et of waste bins to be considered, and then uses this dynamic set to feed a VRPP model that decides which waste bins are worth to be collected, considering their fill-levels and locations. Computational experiments are performed and results show the potentiality of the proposed method.
