The Importance of Customer Co-creation of Value for the Tourism and Hospitality Industrynd customer co-creation of value, and highlights its importance for tourism and hospitality management. Against this background, the chapter conceptualizes the internal dimensions of managing open innovation in SMEs by drawing upon recent research on internal organizational facilitators and practices for open innovation.
