,The Approach to?the?Evaluation of?Telecommunications Company Functioning Quality,the largest mobile operators on Ukraine were analyzed. The method for determining the outflow of subscribers from a mobile operator using a set of machine learning methods was proposed. Patterns and factors were identified that most affect the subscriber’s decision to refuse the services of a telecom operator.
