Probabilistic Appearance-Based Place Recognition Through Hierarchical Mapping,ent appearance-based place recognition pipeline for detecting loops through the trajectory’s hierarchical mapping with incremental generated visual words. The proposed pipeline, dubbed as iGNGmap-LCD, is described in detail in the following section. In Sect.?., the experimental evaluation and the comparative results are presented.
