A Study of Conceptual Connected Communication Vehicular Network Using Distributed Cluster Algorithms, and P2P (Point to Point) of a graph such as ring search, neural network and so on. In addition, we use the localized notion of node in conjunction with a universal link metric to derive a DCA for the vehicular network.
