New Method of Reverse Intraaterial Drug Infusion into Final Periorbital Channels of Ophthalmic Artery in all patients. Acuity vision increased from 0.03–0.06 to 0.3–0.0. A central scotoma disappeared. Conductivity of axial bundle of the optic nerve restored from 28–32 Hz to 38–40 Hz. Improvements of vision functions were not marked in the control group of patients.

Experimental Study of the Retinal Toxicity of Iron after Vitreous Hemorrhageof toxicity for the retina. To determine the toxic effect of vitreous hemorrhage on retina, the concentration of iron in intraocular fluids and the morphological change of the retina and ERGs were investigated experimentally.

However, in most clinical situations or during the course of toxicity studies, this technic is not suitable because it does not allow long-term studies on the same animal. Our first goal was to find a technic that permit to record global ERGs from the same animal at different times.
