描述This book offers a timely review of wave energy and its conversion mechanisms. Hydrodynamic Performance of an Array of OWC Devices Integrated with Breakwater,ing exhibited a better performance. The OWC system is found to absorb more power when being placed in an array of devices than compared to an isolated device. The extent of decrease in relative capture width at the resonant frequency of the system for oblique wave incidence compared to that of normal wave incidence is found to be about 30%.

Experimental Testing of Air Turbines for Wave Energy Conversion,d meticulously. Finally, two case studies are presented: one with the impulse turbine and another with Wells turbine tested under sinusoidal flow conditions. The tests were carried out for no-load condition as well as with different resistive loading. The significant results from the experiments are mentioned with detailed explanation.

Passive Flow Control Methods for Performance Augmentation in Air Turbines Used for Wave Energy Convested to achieve the overall performance enhancement of the Wells turbines. Lastly, only a handful of literature is available on the passive flow control of the axial impulse turbines, and dedicated research was recommended to analyze and implement compatible passive flow control devices to improve their performance.
