Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, evidence due to a lack of financial support. OMT to treat sleep-disordered breathing can be a reasonable option as a complementary therapy used with other methods that are backed by more solid evidence. Only in those cases where patients do not adhere to other therapies should OMT be prescribed uniquely.

OSA in Children,Drug-induced sleep endoscopy or cine MRI is typically used to assess for sites of obstruction. Surgery based on site of obstruction typically focuses on the nose, palate, pharynx/tongue base, larynx, or craniofacial surgery.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Gastroenterology, association with OSA and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) can be associated with hormonal disorders observed in OSA, but more studies are needed before concluding that there is a solid relation between both diseases.
