Jianhua Taoen gibt es dafür nur wenig Hinweise. Die Struktur der DIN EN ISO 9000 ff steht stets im Vordergrund. Es ist wichtig, sich auf die wesentlichen Kernprozesse zu konzentrieren, sonst würde ich mich in den QM-Verfahrensanweisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen etc. unweigerlich verzetteln.

Jianhua Taoen gibt es dafür nur wenig Hinweise. Die Struktur der DIN EN ISO 9000 ff steht stets im Vordergrund. Es ist wichtig, sich auf die wesentlichen Kernprozesse zu konzentrieren, sonst würde ich mich in den QM-Verfahrensanweisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen etc. unweigerlich verzetteln.
