Computation of Transonic Steady Flows Using a Modified Lambda Formulation per integration step. Such an approach belongs to the upwind differencing methods, which take into account the waves propagation directions and accordingly approximate the space derivatives with appropriate upwind differences, so that the domains of dependence are correctly respected by the numerical technique.
