Nucleic Acid Amplification Strategy-Based Fluorescence Imagingection, we attempt to summarize recent development of nucleic acid amplification techniques for bio-analysis, including the detection of miRNA, mRNA, ATP, telomerase, pH, and metal ions in cells and biomolecules in cell surface. We also consider the current challenges and our perspectives of nucleic acid amplification techniques for bio-imaging.

Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy for Bioimaging Based on Nucleic Acid Amplification Strategiesons, some inspiring works have been reported. Herein, we first made a brief tutorial on SERS technique, then we reviewed recent works on SERS bioimaging based on nucleic acid amplification strategies, and at last, we made an outlook on the development of this topic.
