Diamond-Graphene Nanohybrid (DGN) Films: Preparation, Characterization and Application,GN films are discussed. Finally, the applications of DGN films with different nanostructures in electron field emission, energy storage and conversion, electrochemical sensing, thermal management, surface-enhanced Raman scattering and photoelectric detector are introduced. A brief perspective on the study of the DGN films is given.

Advances in Water Treatment Using Boron Doped Diamond Electrodes,oxidation using BDD electrodes in various organic water treatment and disinfection. Finally, the prospective and challenge of BDD electrode in the upcoming future are discussed according to the existing problems in water treatment.

Hydrogen-Terminated Diamond MOS Capacitors, MOSFETs, and MOSFET Logic Circuits,H-diamond and the capacitance–voltage properties for the Al.O./H-diamond MOS capacitors are discussed. Planar-type, T-type, and triple-gate fin-type H-diamond MOSFETs are reviewed, and the fabrication and performance of depletion- and enhancement-mode H-diamond MOSFETs and logic circuits are summarized.
