cumbent Member States to dissuade NMS from joining EMU. There may even be an attempt to return to the idea of tightening the accession criteria, although this would be hard to square with the principle of ‘equality between present and future Member States’..

Multi-chaotic Differential Evolution: Determining the Switching Time,to the performance of DE into the one multi-chaotic concept. Repeated simulations were performed on the selected shifted benchmark function in higher dimensions. Finally, the obtained results are compared with canonical DE.
