Application of Stochastic Transport Theory to the Determination of the Statistical Descriptors Used this previous theory to the calculation of the Cross-Power-Spectral-Density. This paper includes also the single mode approximation and the reduction to a lumped parameter model. Finally we develop calculable methods and we apply them to the interpretation of neutron noise experimental data.
