Plasmonic Photocatalysts and Their Applications,ding on the surface of a semiconductor can also provide the solution to deal with the recombination rate of charge pairs. Using plasmonic materials in reaction with other semiconductors can efficiently achieve a variety of environmental applications connected to photocatalysis.

Understanding the Physics of Photocatalytic Phenomenon,n have a significant influence on a material‘s photocatalytic activity. The most important factors that affect photocatalysis are pH, type of semiconductor, doping, and recombination rate of electrons and holes.
