Status of Muon-Number Conservation and Comments on Parity Violation in Atoms,μ.→e.+γ and 2) the failure of bismuth experiments to detect parity violation at the level predicted by the standard Weinberg-Salam model.. Weak Interaction Models with Spontaneously Broken Left-Right Symmetry,servation, manifest left-right symmetry in charged current weak interactions, natural parity conservation in neutral currents and CP-violation in the context of SU(2). ? SU(2). ? U(l) models are outlined in detail. Various directions for further research in the theoretical and experimental side are indicated.
