The Scattering of Positrons and Positronium by Atomic Targetshin the frozen target model. Discrepancies between theories and experiments are highlighted. It is argued that converged cross sections have been obtained within the frozen target model and that any remaining discrepancies must be associated with the neglect of target excitation, whether real or virtual.

Moreover, we show the information that can be routinely obtained from Monte Carlo simulations presenting specific examples and applications to atoms and molecules. Depth-profiled Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy of Thin Insulation Filmselectronic materials research. We expect this area of PAS research to experience a significant increase in activity in the next decade. Many obstacles to using low energy positron beams to depth profile thin film insulators with positron annihilation spectroscopies (PAS) have recently been overcome.

Antimatter Compoundsion rates. Our current knowledge (up to January 1, 2001) of antimatter compounds is sumarized in several tables. About 50 compounds have been characterized, most of them within the past five years. A possible set of calculations and experiments for the near future is discussed.
