Vasospasm and Aneurysm Surgery Within 72 Hours After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, postoperative vasospasm remains a major complication associated with early aneurysm surgery, producing delayed ischemic deficits in about 2–20% of all cases [4, 60, 75, 97, 122, 206].
